Generating M&R sales revenue (Wear Plate Business) as per budget
Managing workshop for successful execution of work orders
Manage work site coordination
Generate sales for special composite chromium carbide wear plates and electrodes
Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishing new accounts.
Work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients.
Coordinate all information related to quotation request and purchase orders to the concerned
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as weekly work plan and monthly and annual targets
Monitor competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new services development competitors capabilities.
Resolves customer complaints, in coordination with management by investigating problems / client issues, developing solutions and making recommendations.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending related educational workshops and exhibitions,
Reviewing professional publications / papers, establishing personal networks, participating in related professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sides.
Perform other related tasks as may be directed by Division Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Above 05 years’ experience in Sales of rubbishing of worn out parts
Hand on experience of Cement Plant/Quarries/Ready-Mix equipment and machineries
High level of PC skills. MS Office packages like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
