Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in human resources business partners.
Experience in project and operations management.
Experience in HR and / or consulting or legal. Experience in high impact strategic change management / organizational design.
Demonstrated understanding of strategy and execution.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on analysis.
Effective consulting and training skills, with the ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels, functions and geographies to drive organizational change.
Development of analytical and problem solving skills.
Comfortable to get things done while taking part in complex strategy discussions.

As a People Partner Jobs in Google Cloud, you will solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions across the Asia Pacific region (APAC). You will be an integral part of the Leadership team and understand all aspects of the business, acting as a thought leader with regard to people and organizational issues. Partner with leaders from across the region to create the comprehensive people strategy. In addition to this, it will partner with a multi-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute the strategy of how we recruit, incorporate, develop, motivate, retain and organize talent.

Consult with the Google Cloud Leadership team to create a comprehensive people strategy to support the business and influence lasting change. Act as a trusted coach and advisor to leadership and play a critical role in improving your leadership effectiveness.
Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.
Make sure the organization is structured in a way that helps you achieve business goals. Manage talent effectively and allow business leaders to develop an effective line of leadership.
Work collaboratively with Google’s People Development, Staff, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits and Operations teams to provide valuable development support, programs and offerings to Googlers.
Communicate about regional and global priorities / activities and serve as a consultant for regional changes.
