Sales Executive – Heavy Machinery & Concrete Pumps – German Gulf Enterprises

Responsible for the overall sales of Ready Mix Concrete.
Looking after the day to day activities of Sales related work.
Visiting customers and to receive, evaluate their enquiries, propose the correct products & send quotations.
Preparation of annual & monthly sales forecast.
Preparation of monthly & annual individual sales figures of sales personnel.
Coordinate with production & laboratory department for the requirement of samples, timely execution of orders received.
Coordinate with demonstration section for demonstration of samples, training of products, machine requirements, attendance of machine breakdowns etc.
Coordinate with dispatch section for dispatch of materials.
Coordinate with supply & apply division for supply & apply jobs and its executions.
Attendance of customer complaints & coordinate with technical & QC departments for its corrective and preventive measures.
Chasing of overdue payments in coordination with the accounts department.
Filing & maintenance of all documents.
Person specification (QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, Skills & Knowledge)
• Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• 5 years Industry Experience
• High level Presentation Skills, Computer Knowledge in Oracle & Microsoft
COMPETENCIES AND CORE VALUES
• Expert in giving presentations and having good communication skills with keen abilities in planning and goal setting
• Language – English (written and verbal) and Arabic will be an additional knowledge
• Excellent product knowledge
