Duties and Responsibilities

Business Performance:
CCTV Administrator Responsibilities:
Design a standardized CCTV landscape covering all ABH Group Companies and other companies if assigned by ABH Group IT Head
Implementation of CCTV landscape as approved by ABH Group Head IT, ABH Group Operations Director and in accordance  with information security policies & procedures.
System administration of end-to-end infrastructure required to support ABH Group Companies CCTV infra-structure
Administrate access rights for all CCTV recording for all ABH Group Companies
Send periodic alerts and notifications to group companies regarding security issues related to CCTV.
Periodic review of CCTV related policies and procedures

Network & System Administrator Responsibilities:
Network administration including network monitoring, reporting of problems, gaining of local administrators, preventive maintenance / proactive actions, periodic upgrades of IOS/ hardware, backup configuration data, site visits.
Performance monitoring of network and corrective actions
Management, data & system backups, periodic review of system logs, performance monitoring, preventive maintenance etc.
Responsible for the overall system performance and security
Develops and promotes standard operating procedures.
Conducts hardware and system audits.
Develops data management processes to ensure data integrity.
Manages and adapts processes and procedures as well as working practices as systems/ business requirements change.
System installation, upgrades & maintenance.
Take periodic backups for operating system and other system areas.
Configuring the hardware and system software for applications.
Comply with company’s policies & procedures.

Conducting of System Audits

Customers and Partner Relations
To coordinate provision of excellence customer service to all IT users while maintaining professional standards
To coordinate activities to respond promptly to internal customers request for support
To maintain effective working relationships and interaction with users to ensure alignment if IT and business objectives
To identify and implement various initiatives to improve user satisfaction and IT support
To collect user feedback to improve service levels and to meet commitments to internal customers
People Development
Should be team orientated, generating a strong sense of team spirit amongst the colleagues and other supporting departments for working towards a shared vision.
Establish and maintain a participative and supportive team culture amongst all team members.
Communicate clear performance objectives and individual performance targets to all team members.
Contribute to building a positive team spirit by empathizing the team’s commitment to the goals and objectives.
Advise all levels of management on their responsibilities and accountabilities in relation to IT and Information Security
Leadership/Innovation
Keeps management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified and actions being taken to improve the situation
Ensure commitment and team progress towards the divisional and corporate mission, vision and core values through monthly team meetings.
Prepare formal reports for senior management expressing an opinion on the quality of IT systems and incorporating agreed solutions to process gaps.
Report on security breaches, malware attacks or other relevant information security issues on a periodic basis

Skills
Qualifications:
Experience in NVR, DVR or HVR is preferred.
Good knowledge on CCTV System and Operations
